Our favorite ad campaigns are always the most unexpected ones, from Lanvin's Campbell family affair to Givenchy's insider extravaganza.
So you can imagine our excitement when we saw Equipment's fall 2014 campaign made up of self portraits of Daria Werbowy.
The famous Ukranian Canadian model, Daria Werbowy is among the Top 10 highest grossing supermodels of the past decade.
To know more about her childhood, career, profile and timeline read on the following biography.
Daria Werbowy — who’s an avid Instagrammer and aspiring photographer — turned the camera on herself for Equipment’s new campaign.
Using a variety of wigs and getups, the model transformed herself in each shot (besides the mullet above, she also sports a platinum pixie and a bowl cut).
Born in a small Eastern European city in Poland, Daria was the youngest child of a tight-knit Ukrainian family.
When she was just a young girl her adventurous father decided to relocate to Toronto, Canada.
As far as branding goes, we think Equipment really nailed this campaign.

Along with her siblings and parents, Daria grew up passionate about sports, including sailing, hockey, basketball and rugby, and considered herself a rough and tumble tomboy.
From an early age, friends and neighbors encouraged her to become a model, but Daria felt more attracted to painting and visual arts and only began modeling in earnest as a way to pay for school.
